1. Scope of Digital Service

The website located at brightglove.world serves as a digital representation of our operational standards. All content, including service descriptions, pricing indicators, and process documentation, is provided for informational purposes. While we maintain strict accuracy, specifications are subject to change without prior notice to reflect operational improvements or regulatory adjustments.

Users may browse, access contact forms, and view service information. No proprietary software is licensed to the user, and no intellectual property rights are transferred. The unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or redistribution of visual assets, copy, or process diagrams is strictly prohibited and will be pursued legally.

2. Booking & Service Agreements

Initiating contact via the website does not constitute a binding contract. A confirmed service agreement is established only upon direct verbal or written confirmation from BrightGlove management via phone or official email channels. Clients are responsible for providing accurate property details, access instructions, and disclosing hazards prior to service commencement.

Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 18:00, and Saturday, 9:00 to 17:00. Requests outside these hours are subject to availability and may incur premium scheduling fees. We reserve the right to decline service at properties deemed unsafe or where access is restricted by third-party building management without prior clearance.

3. Limitation of Liability

BrightGlove exercises extreme care in handling client property. However, liability is limited to the direct cost of repair or replacement for items damaged due to proven negligence of our staff. We are not liable for pre-existing structural damage, pet-related incidents (unless caused by staff negligence), or sensitive items not disclosed or secured prior to cleaning.

By booking a service, the client acknowledges that standard cleaning protocols may not remove every stain or imperfection. "Deep Clean" services aim to restore surfaces to their optimal condition but cannot reverse wear, tear, or permanent damage to materials. We do not guarantee the removal of specific stains or odors that have penetrated deep into fibers or sub-flooring.
